If you have questions about products, the ordering process, don't want to put a credit card over the internet, or the phone is just the most

Shipping
Most orders received by noon are shipped the same day. On weekends, orders received after noon on Friday will be shipped out Monday afternoon. Orders received on a United States holiday will be shipped out the first following business day afternoon. We'll notify you by email when our warehouse has shipped your order. If appropriate, we include a tracking number in the email.
Shipping Charges
For orders shipping within the 48 Contiguous States, your shipping charges
will be calculated at the time of checkout. You will have the opportunity
to change any information before confirming your order.
Please note items such as Golfbags, Travel covers, or large quantity golfball orders will not be shipped via the Free3 day air offer because of their large size or weight we will however ship them free Ground Service if Applicable.

involved with international shipments. Please check with your local

Sales Tax
If you're shipping to the "Show Me State" of Missouri, 6.825% sales tax will be added to the purchase price. Otherwise, orders are tax-free.
Return Policy
Return authorization is required from IWantGolf.com for any returned
merchandise. We cannot refund or exchange used clubs or special order
merchandise. Once you have hit or played new clubs, or have used the equipment, it is no longer considered new equipment.

IWantGolf.com will refund only the full purchase amount for unused golf products, excluding the shipping and handling fees.

IWantGolf will meet or beat any competitor's in-stock advertised price on any in-stock product we sell.
Warranty Issues
Golf equipment purchased from IWantGolf.com is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
If you have any other question, please email
or call 888-465-3759 or 636-394-9219. In the event that your club is defective (within 30 days of purchase) we will have your broken club picked up by UPS
(No Charge). IWantGolf.com will then ship a new club to you UPS ground service
(No Charge). After 30 days has expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returning your golf equipment to
IWantGolf.com for warranty service. Once your return is received, we will replace your equipment with a new product or have the equipment repaired in accordance with the golf manufacture's warranty policy.
IWantGolf.com will then ship your equipment to you UPS ground service free of charge.
